Assistant Manager- Warehouse

Based in Sharjah

Candidate Profile

· Should be graduate preferably an MBA

· Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG Company with last 2 years in supervisory level

· Computer proficiency and good communication skill

Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System)


Job profile

· Planning and Managing all Inbound operations

· Supervising Outbound activities

· Organizing storage, distribution and inventory operations in main warehouse and as well as 3 satellite warehouses.

· Coordination with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, Clients and Custom clearing agent.

· Checking of Reports – Daily Material Arrival Report, Returned Goods Report & Daily Stock Report (Satellite Warehouse), Insurance Report, and Product Aging Report.

· Conducting Monthly Inventory Reconciliation.

· To check the transaction request properly according to the standard list of material required at Site.

· Conducting training sessions for staffs.

· Co-ordination with clients, corporate office to solve their issues.
