Project Manager- Elevator

Based at Dubai

For Multinational Company



Job Profile

ð Managing & supervising projects activities and handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of construction projects in New Installation.

ð Supervise new installation maintenance, servicing, testing & commissioning of lifts.

ð Maintain registers for submittals, drawings, R.F.I’s, R.F.C’s & site reports.

ð Correspondence & co-ordination with clients, main contractor, consultants, sub-contractors, Local & over sea’s vendors.

ð Making cost calculation for AMC & for new projects.

ð Project planning & traffic study/analysis using traffic vision software .

ð Getting approval for drawings & finishes.

ð Follow up payments & recruiting man power as per project requirements.

ð Finalizing the vendor documents in consultation with collaborators, external suppliers, Contractors & clients with respect to different standards



Candidate Profile

Graduate Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Elevator Company.

At least 2 years in supervisory position

Should have excellent communication and computer skills

Salary: up to 15000/- gross
